Immunity keeps the bad germs away
Human beings are born with very little immunity. This means that they do not have the resources to fight off disease. Newborn babies that are breast-fed will have immune boosting help from their mothers already built up immunity. As we grow we naturally encounter common germs and infections that our bodies battle. We become more able to resist these attacks the more we battle them. For example, a person that has had measles once has immunity to getting it again. The body will have developed antibodies that will fight it the next time a person is under attack. The more colds and flues a person endures throughout their lives, the more resistant to them they become.
There are many food supplements that you can take that will help your body to develop immunity to some things. There is much information that is available through suppliers of supplements that will help to guide you through the best choices. Many people proclaim their good health is due to their use of healthy, natural food additives and have developed a regiment for taking the products that suit them best.
People with a low or compromised immunity are very susceptible to illness and must be careful how they interact in high-risk situations. There are many reasons that a person may have this problem and well are all familiar with the devastating effects of A.I.D.S This disease is highly contagious and in simple terms destroys the inflicted person’s ability to fight infection. It is the most deadly example of a disease that alters the immune system.
