A support group for those with sleep disorders

The Center for Sleep Medicine at Nyack Hospital will host its next meeting of AWAKE - Alert, Well And Keeping Energetic - a support group for those with sleep disorders. The meeting will be held in The Nyack Hospital, 160 North Midland Avenue, Nyack.

The group meets monthly on the third Tuesday with meetings for odd months hosted by Nyack Hospital and even month meetings hosted by Good Samaritan Hospital in Suffern. The meeting is free.

The Center for Sleep Medicine at Nyack Hospital recently unveiled an expanded facility featuring a beautiful, hotel-like environment and can accommodate up to six patients at once.

Forty million Americans suffer from a sleep disorder and many do not know that they need help. The Center for Sleep Medicine at Nyack Hospital can help diagnose and treat a variety of sleep disorders.
