Massage therapy reduces stress, relieves pain and provides relaxation
Are you searching for a way to deal with the daily stresses of life? Massage therapy offers many health benefits in addition to just feeling good.
St. Francis Hospital & Health Centers provides individualized massage therapy sessions throughout the week to help reduce stress and anxiety, lower blood pressure and provide general relaxation. Increased circulation, range of motion, joint flexibility and sore-muscle relief also are known benefits of massage therapy.
The nationally certified massage therapists at St. Francis are trained to perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, cranio-sacral, reflexology, trigger point therapy and Reiki.
Men and women of all ages can benefit from massage therapy. Sessions are available at St. Francis in one-hour and 30-minute intervals. One-hour sessions regularly cost $55, but in honor of Mother's Day and Father's Day, one-hour sessions will go on sale for $45 during May and June.
This discounted price is available to the general public and is applicable to both gift certificates purchased and sessions performed during these two months. Thirty-minute sessions cost $30, and no discounts apply.
